•Source and curate high-performing products from leading Indian brands
•Negotiate pricing, margins & terms (SOR, SC, Exchanges)
•Hunt for and onboard brand-new brands onto the platform
•Analyze sales trends and optimize assortment
•Track inventory movement and product performance
•Work closely with category, ops & analytics teams
Requirements
2–3+ years in buying, merchandising, or procurement (baby/kids preferable)
•Someone who picks up the phone and makes the call & doesn’t wait for the inbox
•Relentless on follow-ups, without being chased
•A genuine brand hunter, energised by solving startup problems
•Analytical mindset with attention to detail
