- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Ensure adherence to applicable labor laws, including the Payment of Wages Act, PF Act, ESIC Act, Income Tax Act, and other relevant regulations.
- Prepare and submit statutory returns (PF, ESIC, TDS, ESI, PT, etc.) on time and maintain audit-ready records.
- Reconcile payroll data with HR and finance systems, resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Handle employee queries related to payslips, deductions, bonuses, leaves, and other payroll-related matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS/payroll system; ensure data integrity and security.
