Job Description
- Perform routine and specialized quality control tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using advanced analytical instruments (e.g., HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR).
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all testing activities in compliance with SOPs and GxP standards.
- Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
- Investigate and document deviations, out-of-specification (OOS) results, and non-conformances; collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support method validation, verification, and transfer activities in alignment with industry guidelines (e.g., ICH, USP, EP).
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, environmental standards, and regulatory requirements (ISO 17025, GLP, etc.).
