Job Description
Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inbound logistics, warehousing, and outbound distribution. Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods. Monitor inventory levels across warehouses and distribution centers to prevent stockouts and overstocking, utilizing inventory management systems effectively. Optimize transportation routes and carrier selection to reduce logistics costs and improve delivery efficiency. Prepare and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to on-time delivery, order accuracy, and inventory turnover. Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance supply chain visibility, reduce lead times, and increase operational agility.
