Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Quarterly e-TDS, SFT & other periodical e-filing of returns and statements
- Assisting in scrutiny proceedings and guiding clients in compilation of information and documentation
- Issuing 15CB forms for ascertaining TDS and its rates applicable in relation to overseas payments to Non-Residents
- Supporting Deputy Manager – Direct Tax Compliance for all direct tax-related matters and proceedings
- Visiting Tax Department for follow-up of pending matters
- Preparation and submission of periodical e-filings and addressing issues with tax authorities and clients
- Preparation of tax computations and e-filing of Income Tax returns
- Assisting in preparation and correct filing of tax audit reports
Requirements
- B / M / Inter CA
- 2+ years of experience in Direct Tax (CA Firm background preferred)
