Job Description
Providing day-to-day IT support to employees across different departments Installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, laptops, printers, and other office equipment Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner Setting up new workstations and ensuring all systems are functioning properly Managing internet connectivity, email accounts, and user access permissions Performing software updates, system maintenance, and data backups Monitoring IT systems and implementing basic security measures to protect company data Keeping records of IT equipment and assisting with technology upgrades when needed Coordinating with vendors and service providers for repairs and technical requirements Requirements Diploma or Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Previous experience in an IT support or technical support role is preferred Good understanding of computer hardware, software installation, networking, and troubleshooting ...
