Requirements & Capabilities Director

Raytheon (RAY) is looking for a Requirements & Capabilities Director for Raytheons wholly owned foreign subsidiary located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE). This position will create competitive advantages for the company by strengthening our solutions performance and relationships in the UAE, supporting top-line global growth in Raytheon by providing effective and low-cost solutions required for these critical mission areas. Partners with Raytheon Technologies (RTX) mission areas and functions to develop and drive Raytheon Emirates Limited (REL) strategy and business growth objectives.

The Requirements & Capabilities Director will drive enterprise engagement with participation in industry and government committees, councils, and studies. The role will report directly to the Vice President Requirements & Capabilities & CENTCOM Region and be matrixed to the Managing Director of REL as a member of the Leadership Team.
