Job Description
Job Purpose:
- R&D Chemists utilize Chemical, Chemical Compounds & Chemical process to create new products & technologies to achieve Organizational goals.
- Modifies procedures for processes from time to time in order to compete with the customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate Product prototypes & evaluate them for Chemical & Physical Properties, performance & stability.
- Improve current formulations of products when needed.
- Research Product formulations & Properties of raw materials.
- Establish Product Specifications & Procedures as required for R&D Products.
- Obtain Process Technology & Equipment information for Production.
- Conduct research & field evaluation on new products.
- Develop new products & improve functioning of existing products.
