Job Description: Research & Development Technician
We are seeking a Research & Development Technician to join our growing R&D team. This position will focus on working with other R&D staff members to create lab scale and pilot batches of polyurethane adhesives, sealants, elastomer and coatings. The successful candidate will regularly meet senior R&D staff to obtain projects and to provide updates on progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior R&D staff with developing formulations from lab scale testing to pilot batches.
- Conduct lab testing on R&D products and production products, as needed.
- Ensure laboratory chemicals and supplies are maintained.
- Aid in the maintenance of a clean laboratory.
- Maintain detailed records of observations and testing from product trials.
