Research And Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and optimize RT-PCR assays for molecular diagnostics

 Perform primer/probe designing and assay validation

 Conduct molecular biology experiments including RNA/DNA extraction,

PCR, and RT-PCR

 Analyze experimental data and prepare technical documentation

 Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project execution

 Ensure compliance with laboratory quality and regulatory standards

 Maintain accurate records of experiments and development activities

Required Skills:

 Strong understanding of Molecular Biology concepts

 Hands-on knowledge of RT-PCR techniques

 Good analytical and problem-solving skills

 Documentation and data interpretation skills

 Ability to work independently in a research environment
