Job Overview Research and Reference Librarian (Information Solutions Analyst) – World Bank Group, Washington, DC. This position supports the WBG Library by providing research and reference services, developing research guides, and offering expertise in AI-driven research solutions. The role is located within the ITS Data, Information & AI Products & Services unit and requires a bilingual or trilingual language skills in English, with additional languages as a plus. Responsibilities Perform in-depth research services covering development sectors and investment industries of the World Bank Group. Focus on AI for Research and integrate emerging AI tools into information delivery. Deliver high‐quality reference and document delivery services, including front‐desk support and answering ready‐reference questions.
