Job Description
Our Client, a Biopharmaceutical company, is looking for a Research Associate - I for their Foster City, CA location. Responsibilities:
+ Develop, implement, and optimize automation assays to enable robust and efficient high-quality data generation for high-throughput cell-based assays
+ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation systems (e.g. liquid handlers like Bravo, Assist Plus, Mantis) and flow cytometry instrumentation
+ Perform daily QC, maintenance, and troubleshooting of flow cytometry instruments Perform aseptic cell culture of adherent & suspension cell lines
+ Conduct aseptic cell culture techniques for adherent and suspension cell lines
+ Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver key project milestones
+ Manage laboratory and cell line inventory, equipment, and relevant software (Benchling, MS Office)
+ Present findings effectively in team meetings
