Job Purpose
To make a leading contribution to the growing research in Geospatial Data Science Group, this research associate/fellow will work with Professor Ana Basiri and the growing team to learn from geospatial data using variety of methods and models. This post will have the opportunity to work on a few newly awarded research projects to understand human behaviour in the complex system of cities with variety of applications from how we get lost in cities to how/if the minority group in a city experience and ultimately change the cities in a different way. The successful candidate will make (a leading) contribution to the formulation and delivery of world-leading research, developing their own career and team through delivering high impact outputs, submission of research proposals to develop their team and research, supervision of PhD and MSc students, presenting and organising conferences, seminars and workshops in the relevant areas as opportunities allow...
