Job Description
The Lab Technician will play a critical supporting role on the Research & Development (R&D) team, working under the direct supervision of selected lab chemists. This position will involve hands‐on support of R&D Chemists on a variety of coatings, adhesives and related product development and product testing projects. The Lab Technician will be responsible for lab batch manufacturing, materials testing, and application trials while ensuring accurate documentation and data reporting. Key Responsibilities Assist R&D Chemists on assigned projects by preparing materials and supporting formulation tasks. Manufacture lab‐scale batches of insulation and adhesive formulations with a high degree of accuracy and consistency. Conduct product testing including but not limited to application trials and performance evaluation. Apply coatings and conduct evaluations per project testing protocols.
