Research Fellow – Innovative Electronic and Electromagnetic Devices Laboratory (i‑Lab)
The position will focus on the development and study of ultrafast nanodevices operating at the frontier of electronics and photonics.
Key Responsibilities- Theoretical and numerical analysis of electronic and photonic devices.
- Cleanroom fabrication of micro- and nano-devices.
- Experimental characterization of electronic and photonic devices.

- PhD qualification degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field.
- Background in design, fabrication and characterization of electronic or photonic devices/circuits.
- Strong publication record in device physics/engineering.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
