**About the Role**
The Research & Insights Manager I, US&C Delivery & Mobility, will manage the research needs across the region and be the primary POC for Brand Marketing, S&P, and Eater Ops. This role will lead primar y research to advise Uber's product development, campaigns and marketing strategies with a heavy focus on campaign development testing.
This role will need to understand the needs of the business, executive leaders, and cross-functional team members to craft, implement, and deliver high-impact primary research, both quantitative and qualitative. This person will also act as the voice of the consumer in synthesizing this research with other data sources to influence insight-driven decisions.

+ Lead and execute market research across key consumer audiences, collaborating with a diverse set of cross-functional teams.
+ Guide creative development from brief to execution for all U S&C Delivery & Mobility campaigns
