Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage research projects from planning to completion Design research methodologies, data collection, and analysis Oversee data accuracy, reporting, and documentation Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for management Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (clients, consultants, authorities) Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements Manage timelines, budgets, and resources for research activities Supervise and mentor research staff or engineers Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience (research / technical / analysis) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, software, reporting tools) Strong communication and report-writing skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
