We are looking to incorporate into our R+D team, in the Drug Discovery area, a person who contributes to the development of new compounds through the purification and characterization of molecules in highly automated environments.
What will your mission be?
You will be integrated into the purification unit, being responsible for ensuring that compounds with the required purity levels are obtained, contributing to the advancement of research projects.
Main responsibilities
- Perform purification of organic compounds using preparative HPLC and mass-directed systems.
- Develop and optimize purification methods based on the chemical properties of the compounds.
- Select appropriate columns, moving phases, and gradients for each process.
