Job Summary: The Research Scientist will play a key role in planning, designing, and conducting a range of molecular, biochemical, and morphological assays to elucidate the efficacy and selectivity of pesticide candidates. The ideal candidate will have expertise in molecular/Biochemical/Morphological techniques, and data analysis. Key Responsibilities: 1.Assay Development: Plan, design, and conduct molecular (including transformation and transfection), biochemical, and morphological assays to investigate the mode of action of pesticide discovery molecules. 2.Innovative Approaches: Develop and standardize cutting-edge experimental methodologies to explore the molecular basis of pesticide efficacy and selectivity. 3.Equipment Operation: Operate laboratory equipment and instruments, applying technology to prepare necessary media, reagents, and solutions for experiments. 4.Microarray: Perform microarray assays and analyze the resulting data, along with sequencing data interpretation. 5.Mol...
