**Description:**
You will be the Research Scientist for the ADP SLO team which is responsible for driving engineering support across design and production programs.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Research Scientist you will be responsible for providing engineering support to production, collecting and analyzing RCS data, and developing sustainment processes.
**Your responsibilities will include:**
+ Collect RCS data using specialized test equipment and interpret results to influence component serviceability.
+ Develop processes and procedures for LO sustainment, including defect and repair effect assessments.
+ Perform Stability‑Over‑Time analysis and contribute to intellectual‑property evaluations and patent applications.
+ Coordinate inter‑departmental activities and research efforts related to materials and coatings applications.
+ Support program decision‑making through data‑driven insights and recommendations.
