2. Experience of academic team leadership and contributing to strategic level discussions and decision-making
3. Experience and/or knowledge of applying for research and/or fellowship grants and successful grant writing
4. Excellent communication and rapport-building skills with research colleagues and stakeholders
5. Experience of providing advice to others on using research methods, especially mixed methods and/or qualitative methods and/or implementation science methods
6. Experience of managing project budgets
