Postdoctoral Researcher (MBA & DBA Programmes)
We are currently partnering with a reputable academic institution seeking a Postdoctoral Researcher to support and strengthen their MBA and DBA Research Portfolio.
This role combines hands‑on academic supervision with programme co‑ordination, making it ideal for a highly driven research professional passionate about postgraduate and doctoral education.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide MBA students with dissertations and research projects
- Provide support on research methodology (qualitative & quantitative)
- Assist with proposal development, data analysis, and final submissions
- Co‑ordinate DBA programme activities and research processes
- Liaise with students, supervisors, and faculty
- Monitor research progress and ensure academic timelines are met
- Maintain high academic standards and research quality
