Job Description

  • Handling new collagen and protein hydrolysate projects from extraction to result in achievement (product).
  • Coordinating with the Innovation Center for necessary equipment requests.
  • Specializing knowledge and preferably people who have experience with collagen or protein hydrolysate.
  • Proving experience in collagen or protein hydrolysate and project management.
  • Being responsible and leading the project including doing an experiment, researching literature and patents, connect with other companies to achieve the project.

    • Qualifications

  • Master's or Ph.D. in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Lab experience in the field of food research.
  • Knowledge of OEM is a plus.
