Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
1. Oversee day-to-day administrative functions to ensure smooth office operations.
2. Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
3. Coordinate with internal departments to support administrative needs.
4. Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and other resources.
5. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls promptly and professionally.
Travel Management
1. Plan, coordinate, and manage travel arrangements for employees, executives, and clients
(domestic and international).
2. Book flights, accommodations, transportation, and visas in line with organizational
budgets and policies.
3. Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure they are communicated effectively to
travelers.
