The Reservations Agent will manage guest reservations efficiently to optimize room occupancy and maximize revenue. Responsibilities
To respond promptly to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems.
To accurately assess guest needs and communicate special requests to the appropriate departments.
To promote packages and special offers to enhance the overall guest experience.
To manage group bookings and special requests with exceptional attention to detail.
To perform administrative tasks such as processing payments, generating daily reports, and conducting reservation audits.
