- Answering questions about product or services offered at the Hotel.
- Receive reservations inquiries via emails and telephone inquiries and enter into booking system.
- Manage all mails from guests and ensure response and completion of all guest requests.
- Works closely with Front Office and Sales Department.
- Any other task as assigned by the manager.
- Good with computer
- Good working attitude
- Team player
- Candidate with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience will be an added advantage (Fresh graduates are welcome).
