Job Duties:
- Coordinate, assign and review the work of lodge and other accommodation services clerks, reservation clerks and other travel and accommodations workers that deal with patrons
- Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Adjust reservation rates based on availability
- Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
