Minimum Requirements
- Manage day-to-day building operations
- Create and oversee maintenance work orders
- Manage property systems (MyBuildings, PIMS, Rise)
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with regulations
- Coordinate repairs and preventative maintenance
- Address student queries, complaints, and escalations
- Oversee student intake and vacate processes
- Maintain accurate student records
- Coordinate student events and engagement initiatives
- Compile and submit monthly management reports
- Assist with budgeting and financial tracking
- Support occupancy and revenue optimisation initiatives
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Minimum 6 years relevant experience
- Previous experience in student accommodation is essential
