Residences Concierge (Arabic/Russian Language Required) - Six Senses The Palm Dubai

As Residences Concierge, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:
- Interact with the residents and hosts professionally, courteously, and positively and proactively seek feedback.
- Responsible for exceptional residents’ experiences from pre‑move‑in, move‑in, and move‑out.
- Conduct pre‑arrival calls to arriving Residents, make pre‑arrival arrangements, grocery orders, and amenity orders, and handle any other member arrival requests.
- Welcome and acknowledge every Resident with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting, using the resident’s name when possible.
