Resident Assistant.
We are seeking a Resident Assistant. The Resident Assistant provides personal care and related services to residents according to individualized service and care plans.
Works under the direction of the Healthcare Coordinator.
Certification as a Nurse’s Aide is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain and record vital signs; report deviations to supervising nurse per Individual Service Plan (ISP).
- Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, incontinence care, nutrition, ambulation, transfers, positioning, and medication reminders.
