We are seeking a highly organised and professional individual to join our Student Accommodation team as a Resident Coordinator | Kairuruku Wharenoho based in our Grafton Halls.

This unique and varied role balances student welfare with operational admin and elements of management, focusing on the emotional, physical, and academic wellbeing of all residents.

Reporting to the Resident Manager, you will take primary responsibility for three core areas while supporting broader hall operations as required:
