Job Description
The Resident Director is responsible for leading the property renewal leasing program in accordance with policies and procedures outlined by PeakMade. This position will work very closely with Property Manager and Regional Manager to set renewal ratio goals and develop strategic plans for achieving budgeted occupancy. In addition, the Resident Director will be expected to provide outstanding customer service, develop and maintain resident retention programs as well as provide leadership and mentorship to the leasing staff.
Who You Are:
- Proactive team member that can provide leadership and mentorship to the leasing staff
- Knowledgeable in Entrata property management software and experience in sales and/or management in multi-family housing, hospitality, or retail industries
