Responsibilities
- Ensure proper coordination of work among various contractors.
- Review and agree on detailed work programs, including time charts and site plans.
- Verify that all necessary drawings and instructions have been provided to contractors and that required authorizations are obtained in accordance with the approved schedule.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain site safety.
- Identify and report faulty workmanship and defective materials.
- Verify structural layout, alignment, and levels during construction to ensure adherence to contract drawings.
- Inspect structural elements such as slabs, beams, and columns, ensuring proper reinforcement placement and compliance with design specifications.
