Responsibilities
- Ensure the Contractor is delivering high-quality work and maintaining good safety practices in accordance with statutory requirements
- Attend all meetings related to the project including site, progress, variation, coordination, QAQC etc.
- Provide ongoing supervision for the construction of civil and structural works as needed, ensuring compliance with the project specifications, construction drawings, and the Building Control Act and Regulations.
- Carry out supervision and inspection M&E works including but not limited to concreting, pavement, drainage, compaction, curing of concrete, formwork, re-props and removal of props, quality & erection of precast components and steel works.
- Manage and supervise the Resident Technical Officers under his charge.
- Coordinate with safety team and provide overview of WASH and aerodrome safety management systems and implementation of safe working practices on site. ...
