Job Description Manage a team of technical supervisors on site to ensure that all site activities comply with the regulations and client's requirements. To report to C&S QP, works closely with the regulatory authorities and contractors to provide supervision on site, resolve all site issues and ensure timelycompletion of the projects. To be competent in carrying out supervision of structural works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor's works on site. The appointed person must havethe strong ability to interpret the drawings and contract documents on works to be carried. Appointed person possesses a complete understanding of local requirements, especially to comply with BCA's criteria for build-ability and safety assurancesystem. To carry out regular site checks on Builder and ensure compliance on health and work safety in accordance with MOM.
