Resident Head and Facilitator – Education Excellence Service Centre
Location: Franschoek, Western Cape

Requirements A relevant education or language qualification. A degree in education will be highly advantageous. Minimum of 3 years’ leadership experience, ideally in an educational or residential environment. Teaching, facilitation, or hostel environment experience. Experience working with children or teenagers (teaching, mentoring, or youth leadership). Strong skills in life coaching or life skills facilitation (e.g. communication, conflict resolution). Valid first aid training and ability to handle emergencies with calmness and fairness. Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English . Ability to engage effectively with learners, parents, and staff. Strong interpersonal skills with an approachable, warm personality. Respect for diverse cultural backgrounds.
