Resident Liaison Officer | Southend‑on‑Sea | £22.57 per hour
THE OFFER
Pay Rate: £22.57 per hour
Location: Southend‑on‑Sea (Field‑based across local housing schemes)
Sector: Social Housing / Planned Maintenance
Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 am - 17:00 pm
Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
THE ROLE
You will manage the resident journey from the initial survey through to final sign‑off. Because this project involves works inside the home (K&B) and outside (Externals), you must be excellent at managing varied timelines and keeping residents informed at every stage.
