Job Summary
Provide comprehensive medical consultation and management of acute and chronic conditions within Family Medicine, delivering patient-centered care and contributing to health promotion initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Deliver medical consultations to patients, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions within Family Medicine to improve patient health outcomes
- Prescribe appropriate medications and administer vaccinations to prevent and treat illnesses effectively
- Generate timely and accurate medical documentation and reports to support continuity of care and compliance
- Optional: participate in onsite health screenings, health talks, occupational health services, and house-calls as opportunities arise to enhance community health engagement
