Job Description
Responsibilities Assist Consultants/client/RE in the supervision and quality assurance of Architectural and External construction works on site Ensure that all installation methods and material used are in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications Liaise with the contractors/sub-contractors in the coordination of site works Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and irregularities to Consultants Ensure the contractors maintain work safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the site Monitor project progress schedule and quality standards. Maintain and update site records on project progress. Ensure proper maintenance and updating of site documentation for ongoing works, site meetings, safety records, method statements, shop drawings, as-built submissions etc. Be familiar with and check all method statement and drawings (including authority submission and shop drawings) and to supervise works carried out on-site are in accordance to them.
