Resident Technical Officer (C&S)

Job Description & Requirements Perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors, resident technical officers under BCA Supervise timely execution of the works and maintain quality control and ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the contract specifications, drawings, allocated timeframe, all other contract documents and site instructions, and statutory requirements and specifications Ensure that structural elements or critical works are being carried out in accordance with approved plans Supervise all necessary and relevant installations, including of instruments - then analyse & report on instrumentation results Prepare defect lists, monitor progress of rectification works and ensure all defects are satisfactorily rectified Check on quality of works, materials and samples delivered to site, take measures to rectify any non-compliance and report to OIC on any materials not conforming to specifications Provide all necessary and relevant endorsements At...
