Your impact We are looking for a Resident Technical Officer to work on the night shift (Monday to Friday between 9 pm and 6 am). The RTO will be based on-site, overseeing the water mains rehabilitation work carried out by the contractor. Main duties Working with the Project Manager and contract management, carrying out site supervision of contractors' teams. Manage and work closely with contractors carrying out pipe rehabilitation and pipe laying works according to design and requirements. Track contractor progress and monitor site safety. Site documentation and bookkeeping for reporting purposes.
