Resident Technical Officer – Brief Overview
Assists in supervising the construction of civil and structural works for a healthcare/public sector project in Singapore. This contract position requires ensuring compliance with project specifications, building control regulations, and efficient execution of construction tasks.
Responsibilities- Providing supervision for construction works, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulations
- Quality control of all civil, structural and architectural works
- Monitor progress of the works on site and any off-site manufacturing facilities as well as report delays immediately
- Support in maintaining records of works, materials, equipment, and contractor schedules, ensuring site safety and compliance
