Resident Works Supervisor I (Building Services) (HO )
Pay: HK$34,070 to HK$39,485 ( HG PS point 13 to 16 ) per month including Monthly Allowance
Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end‑of‑contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Building Services Inspector on all aspects of supervision of building services work on site within the contracts and the maintenance of site records.
- Assist in the monitoring of labour resources, progress, materials and equipment used on site.
- Assist in the checking of site measurements of building services works and payments claimed by contractors.
