The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters. Key responsibilities
- Manage and assist with all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions
- Conduct title checks, property searches, and due diligence.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and related documentation.
