Job Description
We are recruiting a full-time Residential Care Worker to join our children’s homes based in East Lancashire . Life Change Care offers a therapeutic environment for young people aged 10-17 upon admission, in a home which can accommodate up to 4 young people. We follow our trauma-informed emotional regulation (TIER) practice model, which is embedded in all our homes, and we are proud to be part of the Five Rivers Family .
As a Residential Care Worker, you will be part of the team providing a supportive, nurturing environment that promotes independence, safety, and well-being. You will support our young people through day-to-day needs, participate in activities, and celebrate milestones. You will be part of an established team providing the care and support needed to turn children’s lives around.
