Residential Conveyancer (2+ PQE) Pontypool Experienced Conveyancer seeking more than just another caseload? TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a long-established South Wales law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its growing Property Team in Pontypool. This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer who enjoys building strong client relationships, taking ownership of their work, and being part of a close-knit team where their contribution is genuinely valued. The Role You'll be entrusted with managing a varied residential property caseload from instruction through to post-completion, dealing with matters including: Sales and purchases Re-mortgages Transfers of equity Leasehold transactions The role offers a high degree of autonomy, making it well-suited to someone who is confident running files independently while also enjoying collaboration with colleagues across the wider department.
