Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor - Wigan
An established national law firm is seeking an experienced conveyancer to help manage their property offering in Wigan. This firm offers a range of services to both private individuals and businesses and prides itself in providing excellent quality service to all clients.
THE ROLE
- You will handle a busy and varied caseload of property transactions
- Handling conveyancing matters from inception through to completion, which will vary depending upon experience but will include:
* Sales and purchases
* Freehold, leasehold
* Re-mortgages
YOU
-You will be a residential property solicitor, licensed conveyancer, legal executive or experienced fee earner
-You will have proven experience of working within residential property handling a full caseload from inception through to post completion
