Residential Electrical Estimator

Seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Estimator to join our team and help secure profitable single- and multi-family projects. 

What You’ll do:

- Review plans, specs and site conditions to produce takeoffs and cost estimates

- Prepare detailed labor, material and equipment cost breakdowns

- Create competitive, accurate bids and proposals

- Coordinate with project managers, suppliers and subcontractors to confirm pricing and lead times

- Maintain estimate files, scope clarifications and historical cost data

- Support value engineering and change order pricing

What we’re looking for

- 2+ years estimating experience in residential electrical construction (or strong electrical field background with estimating exposure)

- Proficiency with takeoff/estimating tools (., Winest, Excel) — willing to train on company software
