Job Overview

Care Assistant – Nights (Full time, Permanent) – South Moor Lodge Care Home, Walkeringham, DN10 4LD – Employer: Jasmine Healthcare. Hours 7 pm – 7 am, 2–3 shifts per week (including alternate weekends). Salary £13.31 per hour plus incentives.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to residents with daily activities (washing, dressing, eating).
• Promote residents’ independence with focus on choice, dignity and respect.
• Support physical and emotional well‑being of residents.
• Complete Daily Charts accurately and maintain 90%+ compliance in monthly audits.
• Stay current with mandatory training and maintain complete record.
• Work under pressure and maintain a positive, enthusiastic mindset.
