Bayonet Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning — a leading IES company and one of Florida’s largest residential mechanical contractors — is seeking a Residential HVAC Estimator to work full-time. This is an onsite position.
This is a key leadership role for an experienced HVAC estimator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, production-builder environment and understands the financial importance of disciplined, accurate estimating.

The Residential HVAC Estimator will oversee HVAC estimating operations supporting multiple branches, working closely with operations, purchasing, and executive leadership.
